What does my registration include?

​Early bird, standard and student registrations include:

  • Access to all sessions from 22-24 October

  • Lunch and refreshments from 22-24 October

  • One ticket to the Welcome Reception

  • Access to reduced rates at selected hotel accommodation

Please note: If you wish to attend the Welcome Reception, please ensure you select this option when registering. The cost is covered in your full registration; however, RSVPs are essential. Tickets for this function may not be available for purchase at the event.​

Day registration includes:

  • Access to sessions on the day/s of registration

  • Lunch and refreshments on the day/s of registration

​​

Please note: You can purchase a day registration for a maximum of two event days. Day registration does not include a ticket to the Welcome Reception; however, you can purchase this separately when you register. Day registration can be purchased at the event from the registration desk.

Letter of invitation for visa applications

Should you require a letter of invitation for your visa application to enter Australia to attend GEIS 2018 you will be able to select this during the registration process.  Once you have submitted and paid in full for your registration the letter of invitation will be sent directly to your email address which you registered with.  Please allow 24 hours for this to arrive in your inbox.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be submitted via email to the event organiser, Abercrombie Management. Cancellations made before 2nd September 2018 will incur a AUD $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after the 3 September 2018 will not receive a refund of fees paid.  

Registrations are transferable.
